<p>Get fit and compete with friends, family, and coworkers using the Challenges app. It provides a platform for healthy competition, which is something everyone can benefit from.</p>

<h2>How It Works</h2>
<p>Getting started with Challenges is straightforward. You can join a team challenge and set a goal to complete your Stand, Move, and Exercise rings. The method you choose to achieve this goal is entirely up to you – whether it's dancing to Queen Bey or parking further away. You can track your progress through the Apple Watch, the Challenges App, or the Health app. As you watch your teammates nearing the completion of their rings in real time, they'll be cheering you on to do the same! </p>

<h2>Achievements</h2>
<p>The more you move, the more rewards you earn. Stack up points to earn Bronze, Silver, and Gold Medals. Aim for the gold! You can also check your progress towards your next medal and take pride in the medals you've accumulated from all your Challenges.</p>

<h2>Nudges</h2>
<p>What motivates you more than your L.A. Lights sneakers from the '90s? Accountability. Generate some friendly banter to stoke your fitness flame. Receive and send nudges to and from your teammates (For example: Encourage Dan from the second floor of your team Mission-Fitpossible to start taking the stairs!) Comment on the challenge wall to share tips or coordinate workouts. Invite friends to join your team via email or text (Emojis are 100% acceptable).</p>

<h2>On The Watch</h2>
<p>Boost your spirit wherever you are with just a glance at your wrist. Check team rankings, track your progress towards achievements, compare your daily average to monitor your progress, and receive notifications when someone nudges you or when one of your teammates achieves something remarkable. For instance, you might receive a notification saying, "Dan just closed all three rings!" Spread the excitement with applause hands. Someone has been skipping the elevator!</p>

<p>Get your watch charged, your team motivated, and your sneakers ready because you're about to take on a thrilling challenge.</p>

<p>Challenges integrates with the Health App on your iPhone to collect data and determine how you've surpassed your friends. Through our integration with the Health App, we leverage the powerful HealthKit API to provide the best possible user experience and user interface. Enjoy!</p>
